The Cancer Support Community is pleased to invite you to join us on April 10 from 2-3 pm EST for the first session in a series called What’s In Your First Aid Kit? Resources and Tools to Help You Survive and Thrive.
Have you hit your breaking point or feel like you are getting close? This session will focus on getting back to the basics of who you are, what is important to you, and how to weather this storm by preventing burnout. We will take a comprehensive look at coping resources available to you, ask you to use your creativity to expand upon these and set intentions for self-care, and challenge you to re-think your approach to managing stress.
This is a non-credit education for personal enrichment.
