Running the NYC Marathon is a bucket list thing for me, and I am thrilled to take on this challenge to support the Cancer Support Community, an organization that is dear to my heart.
I know from personal experience how important support and community are when facing a life-changing diagnosis like cancer. When we were struggling with my mother-in-law Pam’s diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, my father-in-law, Jim, would have conversations with my dear friend Marin Mazzie's husband, Jason Danieley. They would talk about the tolls of caregiving and the work of CSC. I hope people know it’s okay to reach out for help, and that this amazing organization stands ready with a multitude of free services.
Please consider giving and know that every gift, big and small, will make a difference in someone’s life.
Please consider giving and giving generously.
